DIY Kids art by Sarah Jane Studios

Maybe I'm the last person on earth to see this clever idea by artist Sarah Jane on her inspirational blog, but I wanted to share it because I think it's so clever! Looking for a way to display her children's artwork, she cut their art into cute shapes and framed them with handwritten words. To trace her shapes, click here for free downloadable templates. I think I'll have to put Jake to work this winter to create some original holiday cards!

These are adorable! Great idea! I saw a car-themed party by Jack & Izzy, and the crafty momma did a template of a car, put each child's artwork behind the mat & in a frame as the favors! Super cute! The party is on projectnursery.com if you want to see!

What a fabulous idea. I love this. Hopefully by the time I have kids I will remember it. :)
